1.1 This website www.trapezachromatos.gr (hereinafter, the “Website“) is the property of the company “VITEX SA”, situated in Imeros Topos, Aspropyrgos with General Electronic Commercial Registry Number 113357952000, legally represented (hereinafter, the “Company“), which utilizes it in the context of social responsibility of the Company and more specifically in order to promote to visitors / users of the Website the Projects included in the Initiative of the Company under the name “Paint Bank”, as well as the possibility of participating in them.
1.2 The use of the Website is governed by these terms of use. Every visitor/user of the Website must carefully read these terms of use before browsing. Continuing to browse the Website implies unconditional acceptance of these terms of use in their entirety. In the event that the user/visitor disagrees, in whole or in part, with the content of these terms of use, he/she must abstain from any use of the Website.
1.3 Every visitor/user of the Website must use it “as it is” with no right to modify or interfere with it and its content. The Company does not provide any warranty of any kind in relation to the Website and its content. The content of the Website does not in any way constitute an “instruction” or “recommendation” of the Company to any of its users/visitors.
1.4 The Website, its pages, as well as the information contained therein and any services provided, are for adults only and may not be used by persons under 18 years of age. The Company does not bear any responsibility in case minors visit the Website voluntarily and/or use content or any services that may be inappropriate for them.

2.1 The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information and, in general, the entire content of the Website have the maximum possible accuracy, clarity, performance, quality and availability without deviations. 2.4 In any case, the Company does not bear any responsibility for the unavailability of the Website, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. All content of the Website, including, but not limited to, texts, names, trademarks, logos, graphics, illustrations, photographs, video or audio files and audiovisual material in general, as well as any kind of files, is the intellectual or industrial property of the Company and is governed by the applicable (national and international) provisions on the protection of intellectual or industrial property, with the exception of the relevant expressly recognized rights of third parties or the relevant rights of third parties on content posted on the Website under the relevant agreement/license of the Company. It is therefore prohibited in any way or by any means, in whole or in part, the reproduction, republishing, copying, storage, sale, transmission, distribution, publishing, execution, downloading, translation, modification of the content of the Website without the previous explicit and written consent of the Company. In any case, the visitors/users of the Website acknowledge and accept that the general content of the Website is the exclusive property of the Company, and therefore, its unauthorized use in any way may entail consequences and penalties provided for by the relevant civil and criminal legislation in force at the time.

4.1 Every visitor/user of the Website must, on the one hand, comply with the relevant provisions of the Greek, European and international law and, on the other hand, refrain from any illegal and abusive use or intervention in relation to the Website. Each visitor/user is responsible for repairing any damage caused to the Company’s Website due to the illegal or improper use of the Website by that visitor/user.
4.2 In particular, it is prohibited to post on the Website or to post in any way through the Website any defamatory, insulting, intimidating, threatening, offensive and generally illegal content.

8.1 These Terms of Use of the Website are governed by the relevant provisions of the Greek and European legislation and are additionally interpreted on the basis of the rules of good faith and business ethics.
8.2 In the event that any term of use of the Website is deemed contrary to law and therefore invalid or void, it shall be automatically terminated (unless replaced by another, valid term), without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms of use of the Website.
